Applications for 2015 Training Contracts will open on 18 March 2013
We aim to recruit four trainees each year and look to retain our trainees at the end of their training contracts. We strongly believe in building the firm on sound foundations from the bottom with an emphasis on finding and developing home grown talent.

Training Contract and Vacation Placements
If you are committed to applying for a trainee post at BWB we strongly advise you to consider applying for our vacation placement programme, as your chances of success are greater. This is because we will have an opportunity to meet you and work with you as well as giving you the opportunity to get to know BWB. If successful, you will be fast-tracked to our final stage of interviews. All details of our vacation placement programme are available on the “Vacation Placements” page of the website.
We also run a separate trainee recruitment process working side by side with the vacation placement scheme. This procedure is not open to those who have applied for the vacation placement programme.
Please be aware that we have refined our application process this year to try to quickly reduce the number of applicants to those who have a real chance of a place. This means that many who would have been invited to assessment days last year will not be invited. This is to try to reduce the pressure of the application process on candidates unless you have a real chance of success.
